Step 2 - do not need since my Windows 10 is fresh installation, but I just went through once anyway.
Luckily the PC that I used is for testing purpose, so I wiped out everything and reinstalled Windows 10, then followed this post from beginning: Then I followed few other forum posts, eventually screw up everything, the PC can't even boot up !!. I bought the cable from Amazon, initially followed this youtube video. Good day, just want to share some experience about this BMW scanner 1.4 installation in Windows 10.
